Molecular Sieve is a kind of crystallized aluminosilicate. Due to its homogeneous pore size and extremely-high specific surface area, molecular sieve has the characteristics as follows:
(1) selective adsorption function according to difference of molecular size and shape, i.e. it only adsorbs those molecules smaller than pore size of the molecular sieve.
(2) selective adsorption performance for the small polar molecule and unsaturated molecules; the bigger the polar is, the higher the unsaturated degree is, the stronger its selective adsorption performance will be;
(3) a strong moisture-adsorption performance; Even in the case where higher temperature, bigger airspeed and lower moisture content, it has till quite high moisture-adsorption capacity;
The main products include:
1. 3A molecular sieve: it mainly applies to drying of such unsaturated gases as acetylene,propylene and butadiene and also to dehydration of various solution and alcohol;
2. 4A molecular sieve: used for drying of Freon refrigerant and drying & dehydration of various gases and liquids,coolant, pharmaceuticals, electronic material and corruptible substances;
3. 5A molecular sieve: used for high performance oxygen and nitrogen separation & adsorption agent in air separation oxygen production industry, also can be widely used for drying and refining of petrolleum, natural gas and other industrial gases;
4. 13X molecular sieve: used for desulfuration (H2S,SO2,mercaptan and thiophene) of petrolleum and natural gas, used for purification of air separation unit raw materail gas, used for general gases or liquids in industry;
5. 13X air separation molecular sieve:
Usage: it has extremely-high performance on purifying the raw material gases of oxygen and nitrogen and it can thoroughly remove small amount of CO2 and H2O impurities that influence the separation performance of oxygen and nitrogen in air; It is a special adsorbent
set for air separation industry;
